To finish off the day, I saw a fellow fashion major wearing an adorable ensemble. Another great vest is made more feminine by the sheer tie front blouse underneath. I really love the wide trouser--its the right balance of volume at top and bottom. The saturated blue and red is an elegant, fun addition to the look as well.
